InHealth are an accredited provider of AQP ultrasound and will be delivering this ultrasound service on behalf of Lincolnshire West CCG in your local area.
We will be providing the endoscopy service from the below location:
- The Heath Surgery, London Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN4 2LA
We are currently setting up new clinics in surrounding areas to provide even more convenient locations for patients. Once these sites are set-up we will contact you.
You can use
Choose & Book to refer a patient to the direct access service. To select InHealth as a provider, choose ‘The Heath Surgery' - ultrasound, listed in the service name field.
