We will be providing the audiology and ultrasound service from the below location:
Kirkburton Health Centre, Shelley Lane, Kirkburton, Huddersfield HD8 0SJ
We are currently setting up new clinics in surrounding areas to provide even more convenient location for patients. Once these sites are set-up we will contact you.
To refer a patient use choose and book and select 'Kirkburton Medical Centre' as the diagnostic provider. Alternatively, complete one of our approved referral forms (from menu on the right)
