InHealth are an accredited provider of AQP Adult Hearing and will be delivering this audiology service on behalf of NHS Birmingham South and Central CCG in your local area.
We will be providing the audiology service from the below location:
- Northwood Medical Centre, 10-12 Middleton Hall Road, Birmingham B30 1BY
We are currently setting up new clinics in surrounding areas to provide even more convenient location for patients. Once these sites are set-up we will contact you.
You can use
Choose & Book to refer a patient to the AQP adult hearing service. To select InHealth as a provider, choose ‘AQP Adult Hearing – select clinic name from above – InHealth, listed in the service name field.
Alternatively, complete one of our approved referral forms (from menu on the right)
InHealth also have AQP Adult Hearing Services at Woodsetton Medical Centre in Dudley and Ley Hill Surgery in Sutton Coldfield.
