Launch of InHealth’s Leadership Development Programme (LDP)

Here at InHealth we recognise the importance of developing our managers and this is a part of our ‘Deal’.  As an organisation on a mission to improve healthcare and diagnostics for patients we are committed to developing the healthcare Leaders of Tomorrow.

Recently we started our first cohort (below) on the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) which is designed to develop leadership skills and support the internal transition from management to leadership.

The LDP is underpinned by the three core principles of Patients, People and Performance with the programme being delivered over 12 months to allow delegates to reflect, embed and review their learning in their day to day roles, supported by their line manager and HR.

“I found LDP Module 1 extremely useful in particular the techniques on ‘Situational Leadership’. I have recently been able to transfer these techniques into practice. Without the techniques and knowledge I do not think I would have been able to competently support the member of staff through quite a challenging situation.”
Mimi Parker, Operations Manager, Cardiac Managed Services

“I found module 1 very valuable.  I learnt a lot about myself…extremely useful to meet other managers and share our experiences”
Nicky Gilbanks, Imaging Services Manager, Eastbourne

Using best practice and leaders in our business as well as external experts, our managers get the opportunity to take part in a mix of practical exercises, theory, peer to peer learning; understanding their own leadership style and how use this to best leverage the very best results for their teams and patients.
