InHealth are an accredited provider of AQP Adult Hearing we will be delivering the services on behalf of High Weald Lewes & Havens CCG in your local area.
We will be providing the audiology service from the below location:
Meads Medical Centre, Bell Farm Road, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1BA
We are currently setting up new clinics in surrounding areas to provide even more convenient locations for patients. Once these sites are set-up we will contact you.
You can use Choose & Book to refer a patient to the direct access audiology service . Select InHealth as a provider, choose ‘Meads Medical Centre' - audiology, listed in the service name field.
